Charlie Brown Leadership deliver practical and experiential leadership development programmes and events. We aim to build a psychologically safe environment for leaders to learn and experiment in. We provide a high level of support and challenge. We encourage leaders to become more aware of, and take greater responsibility for, their thoughts, behaviours and actions. In order to be more influential as leaders and have greater impact.
Our take on good leadership
We believe that leadership involves finding the moral courage to do the right thing on a difficult day.
We believe good leaders promote team cohesion and psychological safety. They care about the needs of the individuals they lead. And they balance attending to these with making things happen.
Good leaders understand the broader context and complexity within which they lead. They proactively look to collaborate with others and influence across boundaries in order to make progress on the wicked problems they face.
