Charlie Brown Leadership was founded to develop better leaders. We know that good leadership is fundamental to getting things done well. We also know that the ask of leaders is increasing. With greater complexity and turbulence for leaders to navigate. And more flexibility and resilience required to adapt to the pace of societal and technological change.
We provide a range of leadership development services for organisations who want to develop their leaders. Our approach helps leaders to develop a deeper awareness of their impact, confidence to lead others and ability to influence.
Our leadership development specialists are also senior leaders. We understand the realities of leading complex organisations. We provide supportive and challenging leadership coaching, with practical and applicable advice, that enables leaders to become more influential and have greater impact.

Charlie believes passionately about the need to develop better leaders in every walk of life. She has designed and delivered a wide range of senior leadership development programmes for leaders in health and social care in the UK and internationally. She is a Visiting Lecturer for City St George's University MSc in healthcare leadership.
She founded The Staff College: Leadership in Healthcare, a national charity dedicated to developing senior and aspiring NHS leaders in 2016. As CEO, she led and developed a potent faculty of executive coaches, leadership academics, strategic military leaders and senior clinical leaders. Together they delivered hundreds of leadership programmes across England and beyond, working for a diverse range of clients including government departments, the NHS, HEIs and international healthcare companies.
Charlie has leadership experience as a CEO and Trustee within the third sector. She has previously worked within the NHS in clinical services, clinical education, culture changes programmes and leadership development. She started her career as an apprentice luthier (guitar repairer), gradually working her way up to running the largest independent guitar repairs workshop in Europe and working for musicians and bands from all over the world.
